For those recently diagnosed, that is within the last few years, you'll find the Self Management course helpful - not only in managing the day-to-day issues faced in being HIV positive - but also in ensuring a balanced and healthy wellbeing lifestyle, including Sex.

The current PSMP course started on Monday 6th October and will runs for 7 weeks from 11.00am to 1.30pm, to Monday 17th November. It's a free course, part of an integrated skills development programme that is open to anyone living in Tower Hamlets with HIV.
Positive Self Management Programme is a 2.5 hours a week course which meets every Monday over a 7 week period. When you have finished the course you will never think of your condition in the same way again!
