provides a wide range of social and support groups for a variety
of different communities. For all of our groups, we suggest that
you come along for an introductory informal chat before attending
your first group.

It can be difficult to keep up to date with all the various groups, events and activities which happen within Positive East.

Positive Life: Positively Social
Positive Life is a social group run by and for HIV positive men who have sex with men (MSM). If you live in, work in or receive your healthcare in East London, are HIV positive and a man who has sex with men, then this group is for you.
It aims to help HIV positive MSM to:
Develop a new social network with other HIV positive MSM;
Share knowledge about HIV and its treatments
Obtain and provide peer support with other HIV positive MSM .
The meetings are a mix of information and social events. Meetings are currently once every two weeks on a Tuesday evening, from 6.30pm to 8.30pm. Refreshment are provided.
The group is not a closed group, so you can come to any session you like. However, we encourage members to attend as many as possible to benefit from the group's social aspects. If it is your first visit, then we would like you to come a bit before 6.30, for an introductory chat.
